traveler's outpost - wandering minstrel - new players

Sooo... created my first alt, fun stuff.
When I got to Traveler's Outpost for the first time, an automated greeting from the Wandering Minstrel pops up telling me to earn tokens to buy slots.
I think slots can't be purchased for tokens anymore... correct???? Only plat??

This should be fixed if you patch (log out and log back in).
