app not contacting server no response

I love this game very much. But after last server maintenance app doesn't connect to server anymore .I am very sad .I am playing dark legends and pocket legends without any problems but can't play arcane legends anymore . Pls fix it .if other also having problems comments here

solution is to restart your internet connection - the modem connected to your isp.

30k ping all the time game crash like a lot min 1 per hour and have to redoanload everything cmon sts when are you gonna make a update that dont mess up ppl game ??? pls fix your stuff this game have become unplayable .... its a real joke . having to redownload the data evrytime game crash was stupid but dint bother me much but now since your update after birthday event i have massive ping spike wtf did you guys change everything was fine before execpt the constant crash.... fix your stufff for god sake seems it only get worst after each uypdate you guys are doing witch come back a a old prob test your update for god sake we are not beta users....
