Requesting a post on Hybrid Build

Hello everyone,
I am posting this thread to get an perfect instruction on Hybrid build. As i am new to this game[Been playing from 4-5 months] i dont even know wat hybrid build is all i know is that its useful for both PVE & PVP.
I know that i dont have good stats & KDR but, i am eager to learn PVP & Dueling so, kindly post me an perfect hybrid build & some instructions, suggestions & any changes that has to be made in my char to learn PVP.

Well, this is the hybrid build that i use
Skills:
Aim: 5/5
Nox: 5/5
Shadow piercer: 4/5 (Not the last upgrade)
Combat packs: 5/5
Razor shield: 2/5 (The last upgrade)

Passives:
Durable: 5/5
Critical shot: 5/5
Agility: 5/5
Knowledge: 5/5
Might: 5v5

That's what i use and it's pretty good, but it's more PVP then PVE.

Why 4/5 on SP?

I use 1/5 or now currently using 2/5 (health return upgrade)
