Duel Bug

I dunno if this happens with other classes or no...but for mages this is really an annoying bug!!which takes the kdr to negative!!
This is wht happens :
A mage challenges a tank or rogue to duel
The mage kills the opponent in first round
Another round the opponent kills the mage now this the part where the bug plays its part...
Next round 3 things might happen:
1. U will be normal and would be able to fight
2. U will get a skill which will be already charged and u will have to charge it again or press it...to use other skills
3. The worst thing!! The skills will be stuck and u would be able to do nothing but only run and use aa of ur pet and die!! And then again the same 3 conditions will be present in front of u
Plz sts fix this bug this is the reason why I have got a negative kdr despite of using a good gear and a good pet
There is no use of asking ur opponent to wait or tell him wht has happened as he wont stop aftr all he is getting kills...
So sts plz plz plz fix this bug!!

Another duel bug, not related to the OP's issue is that when the Eloia Bow procs 3 times (havent tested with other weapons), the duel is won by the one who procs.
