I hate these "free plat offers". They almost never give my plat. And I do only download and start offers so it shouldnt be that complicated.. STS owe me 100+ plat.. Hope i'll get them some day

It's been a while I did free offer last time... But it used to usually worked when you contact the company that offers Plat. Try xnative contact or the app. They will usually ask you to provide ss that you completed requirements.

Most plat offers don't work for me either. From what I hear this is different from country to country. Anyway I managed to get the unimaginable amount of 30 (thirty) free plat from this event

Free platinum offers working or not isn't on StS. If you didn't get your platinum, you need to contact NativeX or whoever else they use. They use a 3rd party for their free platinum and it isn't issued by StS.

There is usually a link at the bottom of the free offer site for support.

Dis is a serious problem really i got my plat after 2 days sometimes i dont get evn if use 3g or wifi .>.< now m not nterested in plat i mean whts d use if we dont get plat and wst precious data -_-

Unfortunately we at Spacetime don't control the granting of platinum for free offers. These are controlled by the 3rd party advertising company like Fyber or Trial Pay. Here are some support articles to help you out:

I have tried free plat offers ...often ...The key is once u install a app ..After u open that app u must stay there for like 2-5 minutes before u close the app so that fyber or native ex can identify that u have completed offer ...simple guideline

Yeah... Like 3/4 times i try to get free plat, im in app like 20 mins and still won't get any plat..
