After log in I get disconnected while loading everytime

I am playing arcane legends for years.but suddenly after new version release I can't to arcane legend server anymore. I get disconnected while loading to the character.I play other online games but can't play arcane legends .Many people having same problem. Pls fix it

Maybe increase in app size is causing such problems i had same problem a couple of days after realese of new version but now seems a bit ok.
Checked on ur internet connection??

When that Dog start walking and after seconds DC. O.O
I check my internet and it's OK
I had done many test but still happening
Please sts Fix this thing or give any replies/solutions to this
