Help me. While i was wiping my screen i accidentally get a new password for my account. I tried logging in with my saved password twice and failed then i realized i have to retrive the new randow password from my email. I did a copy paste on that and still it tells me incorrect password. And when i decided to try typing it manually, it says I have exceeded the tries and have to wait!

So the question is how long must i wait before i could attempt the password again? An hour? A day? Or until the support staff unlocked it again? Should i sent an email to the support line? I have just recently been helped and felt really bad if this could have been solved by itself.

i wasn't going to complain but this is the third night in a row this has happened to me and many many others. the game will seem to be running fine so i spend plat on an elixer. then out of nowhere frieds cant remake games and i can't join any. plat is not cheap and i have bout some more than once. unless you are planning to reimburse me and the hundreds of others losing what they pay for, i think this needs to be fixed immediately

Same problem. I did the quest without problem on my mage (long time ago), but then my bear refused to do the same quest. I gave up, and did the quest to get a second mystery wep on my mage.

do the STS people really read these technical issue threads? It seems they only respond to minor problems/complaints. However, when I was having trouble buying plat I emailed them and go a quick response (within a day), but they didn't respond the kangtr who recently posted here that (s)he had trouble buying plat. I wonder if they are avoiding questions/issues they don't want to deal with, or if they just don't have time to check the thread as frequently as people post problems. I also wonder if they are sending PMs to people who post issues/problems here, but if that is the case I think replies could help other people who might have the same problem. Let me know if you guys have received any messages in response to your issues.

What stage did you kill them on? I now that this DOES matter. I think i had the best results on plasma pyramid, because I remember doing the Anubis quest at the same time. I know there is another stage they are on and i rarely got nanotubes from them there. Been a while since i did the quest tho.... Good luck

Do you think you can make it so when you are viewing your friends list the list wouldn't shift up or down when some one signs on or leaves? I often have accidentally joined or invited the wrong person or message the wrong person because the list shifted as I was pressing the "join", "message" or "invite" button. It keeps shifting and makes selecting or pressing a button in the friends list difficult. Other than that the game is awesome!

At login there is the elixer purchase for 10 platnuim it says you must be in a dungeon to purchase. Went to dungeon purchased wicked dumpster 3x elixer and it still charged me 20 platnuim. Why?

Sony Xperia Play:

- Buttons still not working properly;

- Spells I assign to certain buttons don't work;

- R2 no longer toggles between button sets;

- Can only access 2 of 4 button sets.

It's been like this through the last 3 or 4 updates and I'm tired of not being able to assign "Revive" to a button.......

I purchaced a 165 plat in app purchace 2 days ago. Usually i get the plat in like 36 hrs but this time it didint. And to make things worse i decided to go to my other email account and login to my rarely used (used it like 2wice only)account and my plat went to that account. Im rly mad roght now because i dont use this account and theres 165 plat in it. If i cant get a solution soon i will no longer play this game. Pls help

I also uninstalled ans installed the app and nothing. I wasted 10 buks on this game.(actually like 55$) i also hope i can move my plat to my normal account. Pls help devs im a long time player and a well known player.

Server is down for maintenance and will be back as soon as possible. That's why you can't connect at the moment. :]

This bug is the loading knight everytime i join a game the running knight appears but he never goes away and its getting annoying.because i have to restart my whole app

Second bug when you try to host a game the system automatically takes you to one thats already made or is about to finish.
