Is it even possible to loot a spitfire egg?

Throughout all my time in al during the dragon enclave expansion, i have never seen anyone loot a spitfire egg, nor seen any listed in auction or anyone have it.

Since it can be bought with plat i don't doubt there is someone out there who have it. But after all the runs i have been doing in the elite regions of Tindirin, i find it a little hard to believe that the egg actually can be looted at all.

Anyone who have looted the egg or seen it drop?

I saw one in auc few months ago. . . so sure it drops. Im looking for shade egg though.

Yeah it drops i seen one also in auc but it was like airroll said few weeks, months ago.

Saw one in auc for 400k I think...?
Looted one in Elite Tarewa while hunting parchments...didn't use luck lix tho.
