Cyber quest and question about spacetimestudios helpdesk

Hello,

I have an question about the cyber quest.
I finished the cyber quest on my mage and picked the cosmos armor as reward.
But unfortinatly i dont need it anymore and need void armor now.
So my question is: If i liquidate the robe (which i already did, can i do it again?

I emailed the helpdesk and this was their answer o.O

But as some of you know here, my mage is lvl 55 and so able to do cyber quest.

Would like to hear from the devs/players if i can do it again.
Cuz i think the helpdesk misunderstood me,

Ouch.... From what I know of quests... Once done they are done for that character (excluding daily)... I do know that we have some awesome devs that might restore what you liquidated.

If your character did the quests, you cannot do it again. Barring some really nice niceness from the devs. You can, however, do it on another character and of course, have your 1-of-3 reward(s).

Maybe an suggestion for the future, that if you liquidate an item, you can do the quest again.
Yeah, i hope that the devs come with an cool solution

Level a second char and do the quest with that alt only real solution I can see
