As the title says, can anybody enlighten me about the 23 bracket. I am moving to 23 again. When I used to play 23 ages ago it was busy, I don't know about the current situation. Is it active or dead?

It's somewhat active, but many moved to 41+ when level boost was introduced.

23 is very active again
No i was in 23 but left it because there are always the same ppl online which cant fill a ctf or tsm room. U hav to w8 over 5-10mins that 3 ppl join to each side in ctf

Level 23 is sometimes very active and sometimes not. It's more active on weekends and mid day (American time) on the weekdays.

23 is very active in the mornings American time from 2am-2pm that's when players from other countries is active. And what do you expect to see when you enter a room of a bracket you're bound to see the same faces often. It's even like that at 46 so what are you even trying to say? And 46 is very active but I bump into the same faces...if you want different players go to many different lvls or just sit in a town. Lmfao! @konya
