I think that apart from "the betrayed" and "haunted" title there are no titles which actually show a lets say..a non positive side. More of those types would be a really good idea.

People complain about trash talking in pvp. Having such a title "rewarded" is bound to open the doors for more trash talking. It is just another reason to make a players experience more miserable.
