[Please Read STS] Not recieving platinum from offers

I know i should contact TrialPlay, and i did, but the problem is that i have no answer to my problem. I go to support section and look for the app i downloaded and tap "contact support" they send me an email with a link where i gotta choose some options on wich theres not the app i downloaded. This is like a scam of time, ive downloaded like 10 apps and only 1 payed out and it was 9 plat.

I think STS should contact TrialPlay bc this isnt fair for us, we just want to get the free plat, but we dont get it and dont get any answer from TrialPlay neither.

So id really like STS to help us (bc i know its not only me) and contact TrialPlay to fix this problem.

TrialPlay has probably a 1% rate of when someone gets plat for doing an offer.

Not really worth trying for TrialPlay
Just do NativeX and Fyber offers.
They tend to award platinum quicker

Thats why i want STS to remove it bc its there for nothing.. theres tons of offers but you need a credit card and they ask for money..... id rather buy plat .-. thats dumb

Agreed. Trialpay is literally pretty much a sophisticated scam.
