Wisdom is best. I mean come on it gives 110+ dmg (I forget the actually damage it gives but it's more than 110) and that is only a clean wisdom.
It's proc is also killer. It's proc gives you more damage and damages the enemies that are in its range


Elon gun only gives you around 50 dmg and that is with para and eyes.
it gives 150 armour at best. And it's proc root the enemy.

Best gun is wisdom.

Base damage of wisdom outweighs the proc on elon gun

Frost and Wisdom are the best in pvp.
Elon is good on pve(wisdom glint is better) It procs 150-200 armor and has a chance to root enemy reducing 100% dodge and crit if I remember correctly.
