Lvl 10 twink jugg?

Opinions on jugg at.lvl 10 is it worth it and even if its not how many upgrades would I use and what would they be and what skill.would I replace.

Jugg not that useful considering vb is op enough and honestly its considered noob plus it will take away from other valuable skills go 1/5 sky 1/5 cs 3/5 heal 4/5 vb best set up good luck
