Founders Helm

I now that is has taken me a while to bring this up, but I should be able to recieve the founders helm. I have proof that I made a purchase of platinum on June 2nd of 2010. I will post the screen shot tommorow. I apologize for making this public but at the moment I am unable to contact spacetimestudious via email.

Receiving the Founders' Helm based on the creation date of the account (which is located at the bottom of your account purchases page) so you should base it off of that. Also, you needed to log in within a week before they gave it away (to prove the account was active) perhaps if you failed to do that then you're not eligible. I've read threads from other players who were inactive for months and just came back so they didn't receive one, all you can do is contact STS and see what they say.

That's where I'm confused about though. When it says April-June, it didn't say anything about not getting it after June 1st. June included kinda implies the entire month of June, no? Only afterwards we were told that it was April-May 31st.

Depends. When some says you have an appointment from 2-3, do you assume they mean it lasts until 4pm? I do agree that it could appear misleading.
