Didnt see this posted anywhere so i apologise if im bringing up something thats already been posted :

when i try playing the last levels on swamps, its saying i have to buy the ancient swamps campaign (which i did the day it came out) and i also read somewhere that i also have to play the entire campaign from start to finish (which ive done countlesa times) does this mean i have to be in the game with every mob dying to get credit? Because sometimes ill get a phonecall from work and have to answer and then log right back in after. Any suggestions or answers to this?

You have to unlock it by playing the lvl before it.

Yeah, just start from Bye Bayou, you don't have to go through the first four maps.
