Can you please explain the color codes for items? Some are white, some are green, some are orange etc. How many colors are there, do they represent rarity or what? TIA!

Is there a way to move the virtual joystick? I always end up hitting the last person in a 5 person game because their name is touching the joystick. So sometimes in battle i will end up on a character screen when i am trying to run. This happens a lot on the iPad. Can it be moved? Like lower or more to the right?
