Chapter 1-Fierce Measures
'Twas a dark and stormy night, the moon rose high above Arlor like a ghostly galleon. Every inhabitant was sound asleep, resting themselves after another long day of egg hunting, crate farming, and battling the fierce elemental inhabitants of Arlor.
Over Brackenridge Forest bridge rode a rogue with the kings crest on her chestplate, mounted on the top of a glowing green Nekro.
Galloping straight into town they were, they halted outside of the old tavern. The rogue dismantled her steed and tied it up to a nearby fence.
She then went into the tavern and found no one to be seen in sight.
"Hello?" she hollered.
There was no response.
"Is anyone here?" she hollered yet again.
But again there was no response.
The rogue turned her back towards the door and heard something whispering behind her.
She froze and slowly reached for her bow and withdrew an arrow from her quiver.
She quickly turned around, bow at the ready, and found nothing in sight.
The noise continued, but she still saw nothing.
"Who's there! Show yourself now in order of the Kings Army Captain!" She yelled.
She then felt something tug at the bottom of her dress.
She slowly looked down to see a small blue figure right in front of her.
"Good God... Its a Whim!" She murmured to herself.
She put her bow and arrow back into its quiver and picked up the little blue Whim in her hands.
"Hi there little fella." She gently said to it.
It looked up at her and gave a wave.
She could feel the cold wind coming from its wave and put in onto her shoulder.
"Where's your owner darling?" She asked it.
The wee little Whim pointed to the sign on the desk that read: CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT, COME BACK IN THE MORNING
THIS IS A W.I.P. (Work In Progress) I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO CONTINUE THE STORY
