A quick suggestion

When you delete a friend and the list moves while doing it, the wrong name will be deleted. May I suggest that the "X" next to the name be locked to the name, so if the friend list moves up or down we won't delete the wrong person?

Or instead of saying "Remove friend" have it say "Remove <friend's name here>"

That seems better to me! Just as long as people can spell the name right
