    Thumbs down Completed Platinum Free Offers, but no plat...

    I recently did two free offers for 20 platinum each. I don't remember the exact title of the offers, but both were very similarly named, something like "Save $500 on car insurance (20 plat)".

    I completed both offers and have the voice mail and email from insurance companies to prove it. However, I did not get my plat (should be 40 plat). I would very much like to get the platinum, especially now that I've got all the insurance cronies calling me...

    Don't, TapJoy is completely separate.

    Let me find a guide for those ones, they're on a lot of GPT sites also.

    1. Clear Cookies, cache and click offer
    2. Agree, and enter zip..continue
    3. Enter vehicle information..continue(2 cars)
    Enter driver information..continue(1 driveer)
    4. View 3 quotes, complete first page for each
    5. Leave all tabs open for 2 minutes

    I would try the steps you gave me Otukura, but the offers are no longer availible. Is there anything else I can do? (the support email isn't a good option?)

    You could try TapJoy support, but that's like emailing a black hole.

    The offers have daily limits, so you might not have gotten credit if you started it before, but finished it after the limit was reached. I'm not sure when TapJoy resets them.

    Most of the app downloads are okay, but these insurance ones tend to steal and sell your information. I've always fed them fake info, and they have the same chance of crediting.

    Make sure you're accepting cookies, etc. on your browser. That's the only way they can track you to give you credit.

    I filled out the forms on the phone (is there a way to do it on the desktop?) so I know that cookes ect were enabled. Obviously, I didn't complete something to their liking. Guess you live and learn!

    Thanks for the tip about the fake info - I used to do that all the time, but didn't even think about it for these offers.

    Wow! That's downright rotten!

    I guess I can't complain too much, it is a pretty sweet game to hand out for free! Still, it would be nice of them to honor their "promises".

    I'm using Android. Most of the offers are only 1 platinum, but occasionally there are some nice ones like the 20 plat offers I'm still trying to get credit for.

    I got android phone too and there wasn't any free offer for 20 platinum. You're just lying to get that platinum.. 1-3 platinum per offer dude, no more.
