Planning for New Guild

This Guild is not needed a big level to join, any level can join this guild.
Why?
Because this guild is ONLY to help people, this Guild is not needed to be in LeaderBoard.
I need a friend to help me to create this guild, I need a trusted, loyalty and willing to help people....
The Guild Hall I will make it into Forest Stone or etc ASAP
Maybe it takes a month to change the GH because I can't buy any plat anymore.I earn plat only on Weekly Raffle.

I want to make this kind of guild because I want to help people that can reach their Target Achievement
