Leveling in Kraag Tomb will get you more easier, faster and higher XP than Watcher Tomb.Because, Watcher Tomb is having a Witch that can spawn some Mobs (Mobs by witch does'nt give you any XP).
The point is, leveling in Kraag Tomb will get you 480-500XP and in Watchers Tomb will get you 250-300XP.

In Watcher Tomb, You can get 500/400exp/run

Yes you should've add kragg tombs 4 which gives you 500exp per run and there mostly no witches, small map,fast-to-run, and easy low HP mobs

Btw, the amount of experience per run depends on a lot of variables. Elixirs, jewlery, number and level of people in the party and pets. In watchers tombs the speed of the run and which mobs you kill in which order also affects it, due to some non-witch floor spawns being triggered by other mobs and taking time to appear (as opposed to witch spawns which give no exp).

Am I the only one who always saw kraken isles as the most nasty maps to level up?

OP, you made this typo several times, so please correct it( Its chance not change)
This guide could work quite well if you can add some more informations, it'd be a great guild for newbies if you could do so.
