WHy my account got banned for no reason? emailed sts still no reply yet.

Hello, i wanna ask.. Dear STS officer, can you email me the reason why my account got ban and the proof? sometimes ppls are confused because being banned but no reason or proof...
I just want to clarify what i did, and how i can get it back? i lost many expensives and rares items,, include ice spirit set and 5 paras gear lv 10-11 twinks

Funny how so many rare items get wiped off the board when bans hit. Wish STS would raffle them off - especially something like the ice spirit set.

We are cracking down on real world transactions, which means people buying or selling gold (or accounts, or items...) for real money. As you guys probably know, there is one spammer in particular who has been bit persistent. It turns out they were buying some of their gold reserves from other players, which is also bannable.

Also, as a reminder, we really hate anything racist, homophobic, or misogynistic. And we don't like trolling or bullying either. We want our game to be a hassle-free experience for everyone.
