Host Game - type of game selection

Yes, some people want to name their games.
Yes, this was available and abused a long time ago.

IDEA:
Host Game w/ 6 options -- none, xp, clear, farm, minlvl, maxlvl

The Farm option could also be called Boss.
Minlvl just means the host wants the lower levels for that area, probably for scaled drops.
Maxlvl means the host wants the max levels for that area for fast runs.

Alternatively, the options could be -- none, xp, clear, farm
and people just take their chances on the farming games.

On 1st hosting a game, the host COULD choose one of those options.
On subsequent hosting, PL remembers the previous hosting option.

So if I host an xp game and remake (remake button would be nice), the xp option is already checked.
Of course, I can change the option but I can also just leave it and hit enter several times.

great idea...another thing is that you could only boot for preset reasons. Like any of the 6 game types. Or just bad language or disrptive behaviour. That way we wont be booted for reason: f , or for reason:Your too cool to boot
