Default Arcane Dragon Hunter Sword Vs Mythic Maul

Unless the Arcane Dragon Hunter Sword proc is super OP, there's not that big of a difference between it and the Mythic Maul (I use Maul of Might, so I'm posting that image to compare.)

Hmmmm. Arcane doesn't seem worth it right now. Rem was right, don't lose the mythics just yet.

The proc for that weapon is OP, the damage of the pools is equivalent to a SnS pools...

Like pros said. You cant compare em like this. You have to use it and see skill damage.

Can somebody who has it post skill damage?

I'm just going off what Zeus said in another thread. I did it this way to get a base. I wouldn't even be looking if I didn't read it elsewhere.

War weapon is extremely good in pvp. Lava pools grant kills. Proc grants about 30 to 38 more dmg. Proc last 6 seconds. Axe them into all the lava you poop out. It's only so so in pve though.

    Pve use aegis
    Pvp use dragon sword.

It proc on whiff also. Aegis is the only weapon that proc on skill usage for warrior.

War might die if mages curses warrior and everyone stands on lava.

I will say, the sword, the proc stun and burn makes up for lack of skills damage. I noticed since getting the sword, I use my skills less and just use the regular swing, because the chain proc and stun really locks up mobs, bosses, etc. The only time I use my chest splitter or skyward smash is towards the end of their life bar, otherwise, just keep swinging.

The Maul has equal Damage and DPS, like the Wrath of Bael has. The Dragon Hunter Sword has less Damage, but a lot more DPS (~230 in my setup). Both are good options, but the Sword clearly has the better proc.
