    Default Platinum Purchased....Didnt recieve on account

    Hi...i have recently purchased 50$ worth platinum yesterday....when i check the order it says completed but i still havent recived it..as far as the support goes...i have emailed them and also posted my problem on the website...after doing all this..i havent even gotten an automatic email assuring me that my email has been recieved by them...can some one help me in locating my missing plats...

    Come on guys...i have playing this game for 2-3 years....not a single reply from any support staff to my emails...or developers...:/

    Patience. It's the weekend. It happened to me too and I just simply sent an email. They'll look into it and the dev personally placed the plats in my account and apologized for what happened.

    Did you make the purchase through paypal? I have had a similar problem on 3 occasions. In the past, the transaction was completed according to Paypal but it was 'Pending' on the AL side, which implies that my balance was deducted from paypal but I had not received the purchased platinum. So after around a day or two of emailing with screenshots of the paypal transaction with transaction numbers, etc, STS customer support did make the purchase complete and I received the platinum. However the same issue happened 2 more times and sts support again had to step in. I was not informed why it was delayed or what the problem was.

    So dont worry, support is slow on weekends. You should wait till tomorrow or day after. I am sure they'll give you the platinum you bought.

    It normally takes 5 working days for sts to respond, but they have lost of people who email them everyday.

    Thanks for the help everyone...i already contacted Seoratrek and Justg...they told me the same ...wait for support....ive been contacted by support but they cant find my purchase....:/ this is the second time i ever spent money on this game...and its not working...to top it all of...i tried the 2x platinum offers...downloaded the apps and ran them...didnt get any plats....man its not my month....:/

    Usually, when you buy something from the iOS/GooglePlay stores using real money, they will send you an email of what was purchased.
