Arcanes weapons should be in Brood Locks.

I am not happy that arcanes are exclusively in Mass rens.
STS has said they intended to put the arcanes out in the Brood of Syrilax winter event.
Tons of ppl have saved recipes for this exact reason.
And now thats useless.

Brood lock is 3 normal rengol locks, NOT large.
