Disconnection from the server

Ive been disconnected from the server sooooo many times when i log into my main acc. Its been happening for 2 days so far. I made an un registered acc. And the disconnection stopped. But when i log nto my registered acc. It dusconnects me instantly. Devs and ppl do u hve anything tht could help me? I redownloaded this 2 times. Is it atemporary ban? I know i hve accidentaly said bad things and got muted5 times. If so am i on a permanent ban? Pls help me cuz i spent alot of time on this character zoridyon. Thanks!

If it was a ban, it would say why you were banned and for how long. Sounds like a strange bug, sounds like you'll have to wait for a devs response unfortunately.

At which screen do you get disconnected? What does it say when it happens?

Here is what happened to me: ping goes up to 50000 and then u get disconnected. Normally happens when fighting or about to fight a big boss. Read my post in this category. I will post pic soon

ok, the ping is high
There are no enemies because they havnt appeared due to lag.
The skills are dark because when I press them, they turn dark and don't work due to lag
If you look at the bottom, we are about to face the boss.
This is about when I get disconnected from the server. Plz help

Ping is mostly maintain the connection ...Try turning off your wifi: the ping goes as up as it can be,then You will get disconnetced from server so Im pretty sure its connection,I post on my iPad too but it aint the same thing.

I think it is a PL problem. I tried using the tricks for the infamous lag spike thread and it's working pretty well now.

i have also been disconnected from sever too. suddently quit the programme without any notice. i cannot finish one dungeon now. what can i do?

Change ur internet provider of urs or u can also check the router...Or maybe device problem.btw Welcome to the Forums
