It's at earliest July 5th so It could be tomorrow or next day depends when vcast releases it.

if i dont have a vcast subscription and i have the standard unlimited data plan (30$) will it charge me when i browse and download star legends?

It depends on your plan. Some plans allow you to download and play content for free. Others, like limited MB plans will charge for the download, and play time.

Nice congrats cya in beta! I also think you should check Pharcyde's post about beta so you can have a little understanding to what is needed from a beta tester.
