-proactively expressed interest in the role and guild expectations of you
-willingness & availability to screen potential members
-good ability to give and take basic instructions : eg follow recruitment guidelines
-strong enough to lead parties with members and guide them
-provide support to officers and guidance to members during events

Officers
-popular vote of officers and GMs
-regarded by peers as having attained mastery over least one aspect of the game
-able to effectively lead, influence, organize and manage recs & members
-willing to help plan and execute periodic guild events
-decisive and confident in enforcing guild rules.
-able to give clear and confident instructions.
-able to cooperate with & involve fellow officers in decision making, where appropriate
-maintain high levels of camaderie/goodwill and communication with fellow officers/GMs
-able to remain contactable through at least one mode of communication
