I think Zed has the right idea, no limitations, it's how it should be, the people who spend more time at the level should be rewarded more for sticking with it or having better gear, i see no argument here tbh, even IMO founders isn't a big deal in bear fights though, sadly, the majority of the 15 player base seems to think it's an issue in bear fights.

Burn, fact of the matter is let's say both of you miss your stomp. 9x out of 10 founders will win it. The amount of times I've dueled somebody and we both missed stomp is fenominal because expert (imo) is better than artisan on behr.

Well tbh, in this day and age money buys you more than an evi, paw, etc. It buys you a founders acc.
Coming back from a few months break I've seen quite alot of bought accounts(even amongst people I know). Quite the shame
