hey guys need help regarding name

I was checking out best name for my new char and i accidently found a awesome name,but i dont have extra char slot for now so i named the char on guest account is it possible if i delete the guest account can i name my extra char slot with the name which i named it on my guest account

In short if we delete the character can we use its name on new account ? or it shows names under use
