I got in banned in matter of minute on first account and on second account I think couple hours.
If you didn't get un banned probably you violated their terms.

What terms ? Which one ? We didn't get a words from them. If our account really can't be recover at least give us explanation, reason and proof. Some people put aside their real life here.... It's already 24hrs but still no result,,, I wonder how many millions mails they got,,
