[HOTFIX] Crafting Inventory Increased to 500

I know it seems nekroing to post here, but my experience is strictly connected here:

Now new character has 25 craft ingredient space (instead of 500).
I found that craft ingredient space and house ingredient space can be purchased for plat only.
Is it intended?
