Does anyone know the different levels of regeneration for each level of this? I'm wondering if it's worth increasing, just for the mana. I always seem to run out of mana, health isn't too much of a problem.

If it's something like +3 for each rank, I'd so max it. It would end all pack needs forever. All I know is the first rank is +3.

EDIT: Also, does anyone know how much dodge blur adds? And does the duration increase with rank?

I believe it is +3 each rank Otu. Haven't got to test yet, but if it's like the skills system in Pocket Legends, it will increase the same every time. If Mind Wreck is anything like buff that is.
