Can anybody help me how can I report a scam to sts?

I need help. I cant remember my email in arcane legends! But i know my account character name!
I cant post a new thread too, how can I have post counts?

- Original email that the account was created with?
- Order/Transaction numbers and the date from Platinum purchases?

You need to answer to Sts on that questions...
