Tutorial bug again

I started a new character char and disconnented while playiing the tutorial. When i try to continue, i am instead in the character (cannot switch to other char).
So when it start it shows this:

When i try to follow gustav to complete the tutorial it shows this:

I just relogged a few times and I was at the main screen. Ty
