its probably from the new update of ios i had the same problem, and when i downgrade to ios7 it became better
Yah my android doesn't work either, and as of today there isn't even an option for offers on my Ipad.
What os are you on? I haven't updated my apple and maybe I don't wanna if it borks free plat
