    Default Skill Masteries:Progression per Level

    Here is how Skill masteries progress as more skill points are redeemed in to them:

    •Use command+F to search what ever mastery you want.

    •On iPhone,push the share button (that icon on the bottom of the screen that has the icon of a box with an arrow on it) then scroll to the right and push find on page.
    •On Android, tap that one icon in the top right corner with the 3 dots and tap find on page.

    Mage Masteries
    -Lifegiver Mastery
    1/10:2.5% chance to spawn sapling that heals 4% of your health
    2/10:5% chance to spawn sapling that heals 4% of your health
    3/10:7.5% chance to spawn sapling that heals 4% of your health
    4/10:10% chance to spawn sapling that heals 4% of your health
    5/10:12.5% chance to spawn sapling that heals 4% of your health
    6/10:15% chance to spawn sapling that heals 4% of your health
    7/10:17.5% chance to spawn sapling that heals 4% of your health
    8/10:20% chance to spawn sapling that heals 4% of your health
    9/10:22.5% chance to spawn sapling that heals 4% of your health
    10/10:25% chance to spawn sapling that heals 4% of your health
    -Curse Mastery
    1/10:Reduce Enemy Crit Chance 1%
    2/10:Reduce Enemy Crit Chance 2%
    3/10:Reduce Enemy Crit Chance 3%
    4/10:Reduce Enemy Crit Chance 4%
    5/10:Reduce Enemy Crit Chance 5%

    4/10:1.4% chance per tick to freeze weaker enemies
    5/10:1.75% chance per tick to freeze weaker enemies
    6/10:2.1% chance per tick to freeze weaker enemies
    7/10:2.45% chance per tick to freeze weaker enemies
    8/10:2.8% chance per tick to freeze weaker enemies

    1/10:Increases absorption amount by 1.5%

    1/10:Reduces mana cost by 2%

    3/10:Grants buff that removes debuffs every 0.4 seconds for 1.2 seconds
    4/10:Grants buff that removes debuffs every 0.4 seconds for 1.6 seconds
    5/10:Grants buff that removes debuffs every 0.4 seconds for 2 seconds
    6/10:Grants buff that removes debuffs every 0.4 seconds for 2.4 seconds

    It's 3.5% chance per tick for time-shift, which is different . Maybe that nearly equals 35% chance of freezing weaker enemies.

    The tick is unspecified but it most likely has a tick rate of 0.5 seconds,like Countdown of Pain,giving it a 70% chance to freeze weaker enemies per clock. This is reasonable because of how often enemies get frozen.

    its actually more like 51% per clock (no, its not 20*3.5%, that's not how probability works)

    Before the nerf (was originally 4% chance at 10/10), there was 55.8% chance of freeze per enemy per clock
