personal new elite build

Note: I'm still testing this build but so far its the best ' I use this cause I love to farm elite glinstone/tindrin/shuyal/arena/planar tombs

Base Stats: 10 points into str and rest int

Lightning: 3/5 (1st and 3rd)
Gale Force: 4/5 ( all except the 2nd one)
Fire:4/5(all except the last one)
Arcane Shield:3/5( The 1st and 3rd)

Passive abilitiesurable,knowledge,might and agility 5/5

Masteries:
1point into gale( since you can just click gale without charging you can escape any effects such as pools,etc...)
5 points into lightning(5.0% damage, good damage for bosses,mobs, etc...)
5 points into shield(absorbs 7.5% damage which is really good for hard mobs and bosses)

PS: This is my build I use right now for farming elites it is really good I'm still working on making a better one, please leave any tips in comment section thank. you!

Can anyone confirm that 1 point on Gale Mastery will work properly?
I mean i know u can just tap to get debuff effect but seems it works better when u invest more points on it. Am i right?

Yes it works with one point in mastery. Just tap gale and move your mage out of pools or other debuff zones.
