(Armor Reduction) FIX the Galen Maul BUG

[Earlingstad]

1. The GALEN MAUL (legendary Elondrian Twink Warrior Weapon) is reducing the target's armor. The proc is supposed to do extra damage. It is not supposed to reduce armor. But it does both!!

2. Moreover mage's Jord staff (sorcerer version of this Elondian weapon) and rogue's Eloia Bow (rogue version of Galen Maul) toss out only one proc patch for every time these weapons proc. The target can simply walk out of the patch. But Warrior's Galen Maul is tossing out multiple proc patches overlapping and causing extensive damage.

Would sts please look into this? This is ruining PVP for us.
