UCS Blackstar Towne Overview:

The towne is very large and is sectioned off into different areas, including areas for quests, the guild hall, trade/auction area, etc. There's a ton of machine NPCs that are crucial for normal gameplay such as equipment vendors, crafting machines, and the auction machine. Unlike Pocket Legends, Star Legends now includes NPCs that freely move on their own. The user interface is similar to PL's but now only 8 skills can be placed on the Skill Map instead of 12. There is a toggle switch that changes from a set of 4 skills to your second set of 4 skills.

Only the game layout is similar. The game itself is nothing like Pocket Legends.
