Guild charters

Well I wanted to check out guild creation features, and so made a guild called all space organization ( ) well, when I wanted to rename it to include a dash, or see if it worked, since there was no easyily visible rename possibility I tried to recreate.

I would think a charter means that character has the ability to create and recreate guilds as seen fit. STS got rid of the token system (respects) a while ago, so did not expect to see it reappear. It would have been more clear if it had taken me directly to the naming of the guild (and any other future additions).

I'm not specifically asking for my money back, just pointing out to others. Single use only.
Pity tho considering price. 20 plat is 4 characters, or a holiday vanity piece. Those don't go away.
