Glintstone Ridiculously Under Powered?

Earlier today I had the privilege to finish the first part of the Lvl 46 Mythic Glintstone set (The Helm), and when I received the helm I was shocked to see that it was a downgrade from my LVL 36 Myth helm... Name: image.jpeg

While I do realize the new one isn't currently gemmed, even once it's gemmed, will it really have been worth all the time and money it took to get it? Id rather go back to my old imbued set since it's still the best set in the game currently. #GearProgressionLOL

Im hours from getting mine back and this makes me cringe, lol.

Im still confused as to why the stats are so questionable, i mean, yes the proc is handy, but its not THAT handy. Esp for the mage set when we get a chance? for an extra lightning to drop.

Anyone know the rate? And does it have a chance to spread like the skill? just curious...

Yeah.... I agree.... The lv46 mythic helm was BARELY an upgrade (AFTER GEMMING IT) to a lv46 legendary padded hat with 3 normal glacial gems......... Makes the work put into getting it seem sooo *sighs*...............

Though it is a SLIGHT upgrade (AFTER GEMMING IT), I mainly got it because it was gonna be something that not many have.... Basically, I grinded for a "VANITY"

Sadly no one knows what STS was trying to do by making this extremely weak set with stats of legendary gear that took so much gold and time to be outdated so fast just so we could have this completely useless bonus skill. Thank you sts, thank you so much!

The warrior set seems to be the only set you see being used. I never even completed the helm, after I saw the stats I just started selling all the elements. Sorcs will sacrifice tons of hp and gain very little in terms of dmg/dps. Set bonus random strike is derps and the swirly aura looks like the toilet your stats are going down. So not worth it.

I am using the mageset and lost 1 k hp and a bit of dam also.
Now its 6 months old and outdated. Much gold just for lower stats and blingbling. Thus really suxxx.

Only thing good about the glintstone set for rogues is the 100% trap pull with the full set equipped, imho. Ridiculously OP despite the fairly big dmg loss. Having said that it's a big price to pay, for something most players won't find useful anyway. I stopped at just the helm and don't even use it.

Yea its rediculus on all classes......... On warrior it's 9 armor on helm more than Orcslaying helm......

Lvl 36 mythic for rogue got buffed.
Before update they were worse than 46 legend sets. Now they give more armor and nearly same damage

spended 15m on the set. and yes it sucks atm. if it doesn't get upgradable to 56 im not only disappointed but then im also a lil but sad after spending this ridicules amount of gold in it. Of course i know its my own decision to craft the set in the first place. but for real they let it rot in my inventory? and another thing they bringing out WAAAY to much mythic items atm. not even talking about the drop rate of those ***** things like lunar etc. Like really? stil buyable from the token vendor. for real sts? we dont need 15 mythic items each month we need more thing to do. and im not saying we need gold profitable things to do. but things that are enjoyable to do.

that said. im really happy with this new expansion and i really love it!!
