Dupe Item Exploit

Hey guys! We've become aware of an exploit that allows players to receive gold or items in a trade without the other party receiving their item. We are actively working to resolve this now.

**PLEASE BE AWARE** This bug is traceable, as is all gold that is received as a part of it. Participating in this exploit WILL result in a permanent ban.

While we work on this, please remain wary and do not accept any deals that you believe are too good to be true. We will update this thread with news as we have it.

Missing Level 47 Items

We are actively investigating reports of level 47 mythic items going missing after yesterday's update. We are currently working to resolve this issue. This is traceable and we will return your items to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. We will update this thread with news as it become available.

Update!

The item dupe exploit has been fixed as of this afternoon. We are actively working to identify individuals who were affected by the bug in order to recover their lost gold. If you were affected by this, please contact support with as much detail about the transaction as possible in order to expedite the process.

We ask that you do not post about the scam or lost gold on the forums, for the privacy and security of all involved.

On lost Lv47 items, these will be returned automatically. You do NOT need to contact support. Items should be returned to you some time next week. We will update this thread with more soon.

Update!

All missing Level 47 Mythics have been returned to players who lost them. If you are logged in and do not see your items, please log out, wait 30 mins, and log back in. They should appear after a brief period of being online.
