I have a rogue in the same cap, but I quit due to the 'balance' that happened and I'm gonna Replace it with a warrior twink.

You should wait a moment before spending more gold, they still play buff and nerf to this game.

About lvl 14 skill for tank is depend your pet and build. I have pvp-ed at 14 1 year ago. Basic skill is HR,VB,SS,CS. Some unique player use AT to replace CS to pull enemy in clash.
