guys now know why u r email has not been viewed yet

1) when u send multiple mails to them the system just scrolls down u r ticket to the latest date that u have posted at the present
2)multiple mails can be regarded as spam
3)just check if u have spelled their emaIL correctly
4)just give them 4-7 days for them to check because u r not the only one playing al
5)MOST IMPORTANT: dont get pissed,just roam as u usually do and soon u will get u r gold back(not the egg u brought)

Feeling a bit disheartened. I followed instructions to the letter, I emailed support with a screen shot even showing all the details as soon I realised I'd been scammed last week. Never got a reply. Never got my gold back. Starting to wonder if there's any point.
