Combo elixir and Crate Keys

Okaay dont talk about this already cause sts already granted to us an elixir and some player keys.
Free items = blessed
Keep it in mind dont blame anyone on it

Why didn't give all players?
I Got 1 Elixir but No key.
Totally unfair

I have 1 account. But if I have 2 or more characters in that account, do all characters receive elixirs and crate keys (if possible) even its only 1 account? Or only 1 character to each account?

PS: I know its already late or already given but I just wanna ask.

my friend Got 2 Combo Vip Elixers and 45 Crates Keys in 4 id but i got only 1 combo .....

make another account. it is not possible in an account with 2 or more charac slots to get keys, because your stash shares all of your character

Elixirs and crate keys can be found in your stash, not inventory. It is granted per account, not character.
