....."You may not copy, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, sell, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part, without Spacetime's prior written consent."....

That is only for ownership of Spacetime's products,not for in-game items. That section that you found is under proprietary rights ( which is ownership rights)

If they do that 50-75% of al players will be banned for good. So no income and they will be forced to shutdown al do u want that????
It's mistake of sts to keep such bugs open. Again can't blame them as they are working on expansion and other content..

Ask any player if they exploited or tried a "bug" in the game when they hear about it to see if it works then decide to use or not use it. In case sts hasn't noticed, people are running tombs like crazy to power level, then they will likely fight the new zones. Just go to about any tombs in Watchers or Kraig and you will see I am right. That seems to be okay.
