I know how the devs made the GoA's (Guardians of Alterra) I was wondering if there will be anything like this implemented in SL and if so will they have special vanity helms or wings (cant wait til vanity wings come out, gonna look epic I think)

Most likely, they will have two new classes of Guardians.
I suspect there will be GoA, GoB and Guardian of Spacetime. I'm assuming Guardian's of Spacetime would be players who have earned the right to be universal guardians among all STS games.
